TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DIGITAL JETPACK LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, ARISING FROM:
Your use of our services
Failed or delayed SMS message delivery
Mobile carrier charges or fees
Privacy breaches by third-party carriers
Technical issues beyond our reasonable control
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR OUR SERVICES IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Digital Jetpack LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from:
